Well, it takes 270 electoral votes to win the presidential election. What are electoral votes? They are the votes casted by your state electoral government, what is this based on?
It's based on how your state votes, either for Democrats or Republicans. If more of your state's votes are Democratic, then your state electoral will be for Democrats. If more people in your state vote Republican, then the electoral vote for your state will be for the Republicans.
Whichever party reaches 270 electoral votes, is the party that wins the 2024 election.
