"Research on 5,834 U.S. adults by Brigham Young University exercise science professor Larry Tucker, Ph.D., found people who drink low-fat (1% and skim) milk experience several years less biological aging than those who drink high-fat (2% and whole) milk."
Something surprising that came out of this study, showed that people that do not drink milk at all, actually had a shorter life span than people that drank 1% milk. So low fat milk drinkers live longer than non milk drinkers.
Good news if you are someone that likes milk.
